Facility Supervisor
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Facility Supervisor to join our growing Facility Team at POP MART Americas. As we continue to expand our retail footprint across North America and beyond, this position plays a critical role in maintaining our commitment to operational excellence, compliance, and responsive support for all stores.
The Facility Supervisor will support daily maintenance coordination, vendor management, regulatory compliance, and the implementation of the Service Channel platform, while also providing critical after-hours and regional support.
What You Will Achieve :
Facility Operations & Maintenance
- Manage and monitor daily facility-related work orders across the entire store network.
- Coordinate resolution of urgent and after-hours issues, including weekends and holidays.
Vendor and Invoice Management
Oversee vendor onboarding, credential verification (COI), and performance monitoring.Maintain clear records of vendor communication and service delivery.Compliance and Risk Management
Coordinate recurring compliance tasks such as fire inspections, HVAC preventive maintenance, OSHA standards, and mall-specific permits.Track and maintain documentation to ensure consistent compliance across all stores.Work directly with mall management and third-party inspectors for required certifications.ServiceChannel Administration
Assist in vendor and store user training, compliance tracking, and operational troubleshooting.Provide data input, reporting, and process optimization within the system.Team and Coverage Support
Provide early-morning support to East Coast stores and weekend / holiday coverage on a rotating basis.Act as a liaison between Store Managers and the Facility Department for high-priority issues.What You Will Need :
35 years of experience in facility management, operations, or retail support roles.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks across different time zones.Experience with facility service platforms (e.g., ServiceChannel) is a plus.Working knowledge of OSHA, HVAC, fire safety codes, and commercial maintenance practices.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based work order or asset management systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Bilingual in English and Spanish.Driver's License for local travel.Physical Requirements :
Must be able to remain in a stationary position (e.g., seated or at a desk) for extended periods while operating a computer or other office equipment.Must be able to occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.What We Offer :
