Job Description

A reputable pipe, fittings, and flanges distributor is seeking a Dispatcher to join their logistics team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating schedules and routes to ensure timely deliveries. You will play a key role in managing daily dispatch operations, maintaining communication between drivers, teams, and customers, and ensuring efficient delivery processes. If you’re organized, proactive, and enjoy problem-solving, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities :

  • Plan and adjust delivery routes to meet customer and business needs
  • Schedule and dispatch drivers, crews, and vehicles efficiently
  • Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of shipments
  • Communicate with supervisors, customers, and drivers to resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate delivery and scheduling records

    • Qualifications and Requirements :

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and adaptability to new systems
  • Prior experience in dispatch or logistics preferred
