Reports To : Attractions Supervisor / Assistant General Manager

Position Type : Part-Time / Full-Time

Overview :

GameZone Attendants are the go-to team members for all things arcade at FastTrax. From loading play cards to helping with prize redemption, this role ensures guests have a seamless, fun-filled experience in our state-of-the-art arcade.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist guests in the arcade area and at the redemption counter
• Load game cards, explain play options, and troubleshoot guest questions
• Monitor arcade floor to ensure all games are functioning properly
• Assist guests with ticket redemption and recommend prize selections
• Restock redemption merchandise and maintain organized displays
• Report game malfunctions to maintenance or management immediately
• Keep the arcade and GameZone clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times
• Promote special offers, events, and arcade-related promotions
