Reporting to the Logistics & Inventory Supervisor, the employee will play a key role in maintaining warehouse organization, ensuring inventory accuracy, and processing orders for shipment to field customers.
The role offers a balanced mix of physical tasks and administrative responsibilities (approximately 50 / 50).
We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable individual who can efficiently manage both hands-on warehouse dutiessuch as handling products and organizing stockand clerical tasks like updating inventory systems, preparing shipping documents, and coordinating with internal teams to support smooth daily operations.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Receive, document and unpack incoming inventory
- Perform warehouse replenishment and maintenance tasks
- Conduct quarterly spot checks and full inventory counts
- Prepare and program required orders
- Prepare packaging for shipments
- Prepare and process shipments via carrier website
- Data entries in ERP and other inhouse software
- Support field services with requests, questions, and microfilm searches
- Assemble cable kits / programming boards and other preassemblies required
- Assist in preparing panels for witness testing
- Contribute to a collaborative and efficient work environment
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
Experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations rolesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsBasic understanding of ERP systems and shipment software (UPS, FedEx, etc.)Basic understanding of Microsoft 365.Ability to lift and move inventory / materials as neededTechnically inclined and capable of light assembly and testingComfortable working independently and as part of a teamReliable, adaptable, and proactive attitudeExperience in electronics or control panel manufacturing is an assetExperience with forklift / certification is an asset
