PT Physical Therapist

Immaculate Mary Center is  looking to hire for the  Physical Therapist PT Position. We are an exceptional team-oriented facility and thrive on making our residents and staff as comfortable and happy as possible! We pride ourselves on staff retention and making sure you go home happy every day!

PT Physical Therapist   Salary : $42-52 / hr Based on Experience

MUST HAVE A VALID PT LICENSE

QUALIFICATIONS :

We are looking for a Physical Therapist PT who has the desire to implement high-quality Physical Therapy services. Looking for a Physical Therapist who is strong in identifying patient needs in long-term residents, a team player, and efficient with their time.

Physical Therapist PT Responsibilities :

  • Screening patients
  • Performing evaluations and developing initial and interim treatment and discharge plans
  • Documenting progress toward identified objectives
  • Overseeing Physical Therapy Assistant(s)
  • Developing and implementing new program / techniques to enhance physical therapy services.
  • Conducting patient and family education
  • Delivering quality physical therapy services
  • Putting patient service first
