The Solutions Specialist, Technology is an influential member of the solutions team, partnering with the broader sales team and vendors to provide technical expertise and insights to customers. Particular focus on driving revenue and margin growth through new business and expanding share of wallet.
In this role you will be responsible for :
- Proactive identification, targeting and acquiring of new business to create qualified pipeline through sales plans, analysis and development of contact networks.
- Strong focus on driving new everyday annuity, project business and contract management.
- Continual development of sales strategies to build relationships and pipeline of opportunities.
- Develop strong client relationships at multiple levels that lead to new business and referral business.
- Maintain expert product knowledge of industry, insights, systems, and unique value proposition.
- Deliver and maintain high standards of professionalism, conduct, customer service and customer administration always.
- Develop compelling engagement models with account management team to win and grow share of wallet in target accounts.
- Identify market trends and value initiatives to support segment Business Strategy
Skills & Experience Required :
Experience selling a broad portfolio of assigned products and working with key vendors.Relevant industry experience.Demonstrated ability to build relationships and improve cross functional collaboration.Proven track record in building and converting sales pipeline.Proven capability to provide excellent customer service.Consistently achieving sales targets in competitive markets.Demonstrated financial acumen and contract management skills.Working with us
