Compensation :

$60,000 / year draw against commission

Weekly base pay with quarterly commission true-ups

Realistic earning potential : $80K-$100K+ with strong performance

No cap on commission

What You'll Do :

Conduct in-home and virtual move consultations

Build rapport with homeowners and businesses to assess moving needs

Create and present customized quotes that solve customer problems

Manage follow-ups and close deals across local, long-distance, and corporate relocations

Network with local realtors, builders, and community partners to drive referrals

Track activity and pipeline in CRM and coordinate with ops team for smooth execution

What We're Looking For :

Proven experience in outside sales - bonus points for experience in moving, logistics, real estate, or home services

Strong closer with a consultative, customer-first approach

Excellent communicator - both face-to-face and over the phone

Self-motivated with a competitive edge

Comfortable working evenings / weekends as needed (because that's when customers move!)

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
