Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee infusion pharmacy operations at an infusion pharmacy in Oklahoma. This leadership role includes responsibility for sterile pounding, staff management, coordination with warehouse and distribution teams, recruitment, performance management, and ensuring pliance with regulatory standards.

Role : Infusion Pharmacy Manager

Start Date : ASAP

Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations and quality standards.
• Assist with procurement of medications, supplies, and equipment for pounding and administration.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge of pharmacotherapy and intravenous therapies.
• Perform staff pharmacist duties as needed to support workflow.
• Manage pharmacy staff including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
