Unit Clerk - Care Partner - 6NW - Full Time

Dual Role : Unit Clerk and Care Partner

This position offers up to a $5,000.00 sign-on bonus. This dual role encompasses both unit clerk and care partner responsibilities. The employee is responsible for clerical duties, communication, and reception duties on assigned nursing units. Additionally, the employee works with other members of the patient care team to deliver care to specific patient populations. The employee will maintain competency for population specific groups with consideration of physical, communication, safety, nutrition, and psychosocial needs.

Education, License & Certification : High School Grad or Equivalent. No experience required.

Essential Functions :

• Participating in the delivery of patient care for population groups under the direction of an RN / LPN including but not limited to the following :
• Lifting, turning, and positioning patients utilizing Safe Patient Handling equipment (>
