The pay for this position starts at $22.79 / hour, with additional compensation added for higher education and / or years of relevant experience up to $26.98 / hour.

This position is located in Rutland, MA.

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts serves students with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder. The Hillside program is a group home located in Rutland, MA serving adolescent girls ages 12-22. With a 1 : 3 staff to student ratio, the emphasis at Hillside is to identify and treat safety / risk factors, barrier behaviors, factors that precipitated placement, and facilitate reintegration of the youth to the family or next appropriate placement.

As an Assistant Program Manager, you will :

• Be passionate about working with and helping youth.
• Provide and ensure therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment.
• Collaborate with the Program Manager / Director to create program vision and a positive working environment.
• Assist with the planning and implementation of programing for individuals.
• Assist with staffing and other aspects of program management as needed.
• Possess a high level of organizational and communication skills.
