Travel Transplant PCU Registered Nurse - $1,840 per week

• Work 3x12-hour night shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• Patient ratio of 1 : 3 or 1 : 4 on nights depending on staffing
• Float within scope to meet facility needs as required
• 1 year of recent nursing experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• South Carolina or Multi-State / Compact State RN License required
• Required certifications : ACLS, BLS, NIH (must be American Heart Association certified)
• Dress code : Solid Royal Blue or White top with Royal blue bottoms
• EPIC charting system
• 12-hour orientation provided
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2-week period
• Care for pre- and post-operative transplant patients (liver, kidney, kidney / pancreas), nephrology and urology patients
• Skills include blood product administration, central line care, cardiac drip management, dysrhythmia interpretation, and peritoneal dialysis
• Work on 22-bed intermediate PCU / medical-surgical unit with 5 step-down beds for close monitoring
• Must become proficient in peritoneal dialysis within first 6 months
