Description :
Drive sales growth with “assignment description” by managing key corporate relationships, coordinating resources, and executing strategic initiatives across multi-plant accounts. This role focuses on enhancing SCHUNK's market engagement, managing account plans, and ensuring successful project execution while collaborating with cross-functional and global teams.
Requirements :
- Qualify, schedule appointments, manage, and prioritize key account prospects
- Introduce key account prospects to the SCHUNK value proposition and solutions
- Identify potential purchasers / opportunities at accounts, both currently served and unserved
- Build strong corporate-level customer relationships and understand the decision-making dynamics
- Create and maintain account plan for key accounts, performing account management daily in the CRM system
- Facilitate cross-plant / location activity as appropriate in key accounts
- Drive specification and projects at the corporate level in key accounts
- Coordinate corporate-level projects and strategic initiatives in collaboration with U.S. management team
- Coordinate & participate with team members in the TCWH & GTAT sales force to align corporate level initiatives with regional and plant level activities
- Manage key account pricing agreements
- Create and disseminate account specific sales and technical content in key accounts
- Coordinate & participate with team members outside of the U.S. as part of the Global Key Account Management (GKAM) group or accounts headquartered in U.S. or abroad.
Qualifications :
Four-year college or university degree in technical or business field and / or extensive related experienceDemonstrated sales skills and sales process knowledge from 7+ years of consultative sales in manufacturingIn-depth understanding of the machine-tool OEMs and their dealer networksExceptional communication and negotiation abilitiesAnalytical and strategic thinking skillsProficiency in sales management software and toolsAdvanced ability with MS OfficeFrequent travel, nationally : 50%-70%Language Skills :
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with employees, customers, and suppliersAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general publicAbility to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, technical specifications, and procedure manualsAbility to write reports and general business correspondenceMathematical Skills :
