MS-IL Staffing & Packaging and its local client, are NOW HIRING for 1st Shift Forklift Operators in the Indianapolis, IN, area!

Pay : $19.00 / hour

Shift s : 5 : 00AM - 1 : 30PM, (Some overtime required)

Location : Park100

About the Role :

We’re looking for experienced Forklift Operators to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products with accuracy and efficiency. You will operate a variety of forklifts, including sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks, and order pickers.

What You’ll Do :

Safely operate sit-down, stand-up, reach, and order picker forklifts

Move and store materials to designated locations within the warehouse

Stage and deliver materials to departments or shipping areas

Complete daily pre-shift equipment inspections and follow all safety protocols

Load and unload materials manually or using forklifts / pallet jacks

Inspect product loads for accuracy and report any issues

Perform basic maintenance such as cleaning, recharging batteries, or fueling equipment

Wrap and label materials before moving them to storage or shipment

Record production data (weights, tags, labels, etc.) accurately

Support additional warehouse tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For :

High school diploma or equivalent

2+ years of forklift experience (stand-up and tall reach required)

Current forklift certification

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English

Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs, stand / walk for long periods, and handle repetitive motions

Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures

Commitment to following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and PPE standards

Work Environment & PPE :

Industrial food manufacturing facility with temperature-controlled areas

Must follow GMP dress code (no jewelry, nail polish, artificial nails; long pants required; lab coats provided)

Must wear PPE (safety glasses, safety shoes, etc.)
