About the Role

In this role, you will :

• Work on-site at a TurboTax location, assisting customers both in-person and virtually.
• Provide full-service tax return preparation, advice, and software support.
• Connect with clients on a personal level to alleviate their tax-related stress.
• Grow TurboTax’s client base within the local community and establish long-term relationships.

This position is nonexempt and requires your presence at a TurboTax location on a seasonal basis.
