Yearly Salary : $121000 to $125000 [ based on years of experience]

Hiring Bonus : Day shift $3500 sign on bonus

Responsibilities

• As a Director of Staff Development (DSD RN) , you will provide the necessary orientation, educational, and learning opportunities in a supportive environment that will assist staff in gaining the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed to perform assigned duties safely and effectively.
• You will monitor the activities of nursing staff to ensure the quality of care complies with state, federal, and corporate standards.
• Additionally, you will direct the infection prevention and control program and oversee its activities.
