Collections Representative

This is a work-from-home position. Our client is seeking Collections Representatives who live within 100 miles of South Jordan or reside in one of the following states : Iowa, Illinois, Indiana (within 100 miles from Chicago only), Missouri, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.

Responsibilities

Efficiently manage both incoming and outgoing calls to address customers with overdue loan payments. Work with customers to find solutions for overdue accounts, negotiate payment plans, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
