We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales Operations, this role will play a key part in supporting our sales operations through data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.

This role provides flexibility to work in a hybrid environment of home and our Westlake Village, CA office. (Hybrid is defined as 3 times per week in the office).

Responsibilities :

  • Sales Data Analysis : Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights to the sales team and leadership.
  • Sales Reporting : Develop and maintain regular sales reports and dashboards to track performance against targets and key metrics.
  • Forecasting Support : Assist in the preparation and management of sales forecasts, ensuring alignment with production and supply chain plans.
  • Process Improvement : Support the optimization of sales processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with supply chain, marketing, finance, and customer service teams to support sales initiatives and resolve operational issues.
  • Sales Incentive Program Support : Assist in the administration of sales incentive programs, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of performance metrics.
  • Budget Tracking : Help track and manage expenses related to sales efforts, ensuring alignment with the sales budget.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
  • Proficiency in sales operations tools and software, including CRM and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Education & Certification :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to sit and use the computer for extended periods of time; ability to answer phones and use a variety of office equipment; ability to lift 15 pounds and reach overhead.
  • Travel Requirements :

  • Occasional travel may be required

    FOR JOBS BASED IN CALIFORNIA :

    Hiring Pay Scale : $70,000 to $85,000

The pay rate offered will consider a wide range of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, accomplishments, and location. Pay scales are subject to review on a regular basis and will be updated as appropriate.
