In House Recruiter

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking an In House Recruiter to join their team. As an In House Recruiter, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the recruitment and staffing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Andover, MA

Pay Range : $20 - $25 Hourly

Shift : Mon-Fri / 8am-5pm

What's the Job?

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote the employer brand.

What's Needed?

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with ATS systems and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Passion for connecting talent with meaningful opportunities.
