What You’ll Do

• Lead the development and optimization of tooling, processes, and equipment for extrusion.
• Provide senior-level technical support for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Guide and supervise tool shop activities and personnel.
• Evaluate and recommend new equipment, including capital justification.
• Manage engineering projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and documentation are maintained.
• Drive continuous improvement, training, and new technology initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical input for customer RFQs.
