Role Reports To : EHS Director North America

Location : North America, United States, Pennsylvania, Lititz

Work Location : Fully Onsite

What You Will Do

The EHS Manager is responsible for partnering with site leaders to cultivate strong EHS performance by encouraging employee engagement and shared ownership of EHS programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with site leaders to cultivate strong environmental, health & safety (EHS) performance by encouraging employee engagement and shared ownership for EHS programs
• Grow the EHS team through effective coaching and robust talent development plans
• Coordinate continual improvements to the EHS management system to maintain ISO 14001 certification
• Facilitate EHS program compliance against Kenvue and regulatory standards by identifying program gaps and implementing action plans
• Support environmental permit applications and serve as the facility liaison for EHS regulatory agencies such as PA DEP and OSHA

What's In It For You

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges :

$124,100.00 - $175,200.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
