Facilities Supervisor

Staffmark is hiring a Facilities Supervisor to manage maintenance, safety, and functionality across a dynamic manufacturing facility. This full-time, first-shift role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless production, regulatory compliance, and facility efficiency.

Salary : $68,000 – $90,000 (Based on experience)

Schedule : 1st Shift | Monday – Friday

As the Facilities Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the upkeep and performance of facility systems, equipment, and infrastructure. You’ll coordinate maintenance efforts, lead a skilled team, and drive initiatives to improve reliability, safety, and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Schedule and oversee internal staff and contractors
• Monitor equipment and systems to minimize downtime
• Conduct facility inspections and ensure safety and compliance (OSHA, EPA)
• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and inventory
• Implement preventive maintenance programs
• Manage budget and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Respond to emergencies and support production continuity
• Collaborate on capital projects with cross-functional teams
• Train and lead facilities staff to meet safety and performance standards
