A small, locally owned CPA firm in Boulder is seeking a full-time Office Administrative Assistant to join their friendly, professional team. We’re looking for someone interested in a long-term role with opportunities to learn and grow in the tax profession.

Key Responsibilities
Open office (8 : 30 a.m.–5 : 00 p.m.), answer phones, and greet clients
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Handle mailings (USPS, FedEx, certified mail) and maintain client files (digital and physical)
Scan, copy, and organize client tax documents
Prepare and assemble finalized tax return packages
Order and restock office, kitchen, and mailing supplies
Support new employee onboarding and office procedure training
Track client progress and coordinate with accountants to ensure timely return completion
Maintain petty cash, prepare reimbursements, and assist with light bookkeeping tasks
Produce annual client mailings (organizers, holiday cards, estimated payment reminders)
Communicate with vendors and maintain client and vendor databases
Qualifications
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Experience in office administration preferred but not required
