A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Total Rewards and HR Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of four analysts / specialists in compensation analysis and HRIS administration
Design and implement global compensation programs and strategic workforce planning initiatives
Ensure compliance with HR data practices and manage HR systems for operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or HR Analytics, with 3-5 years in a management role
Experience in a global environment with expertise in multi-country compensation structures
Hands-on experience with complex data modeling and HRIS configuration
Knowledge of HR compliance and audit management related to pay equity and labor laws
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification is a plus
