About The Position

Must-Have :

• Experience in MS / Tele nursing
• Ability to float to all medical units, including renal, oncology, and neuro
• Weekend and holiday rotation obligation
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

Description :

The Registered Nurse will work in a float capacity across various medical units.

Nurses will float between medical, surgical, oncology, and neuro settings.

The patient ratios are 1 : 5-6 during the day and weekends, and 1 : 6 at night.

Every other weekend or a minimum of six weekend shifts per six-week schedule is required.

The candidate must have certifications in BCLS and ACLS, as well as competencies in IV start and telemetry.

Candidates will need to be familiar with lift devices, including ceiling lifts and bladder scanners.

The nursing staff will receive support from interdisciplinary teams, including IV teams, physical therapy, and respiratory services.

Candidates are expected to manage care for adult and geriatric patients.

Strong clinical skills and the ability to adapt to various patient needs are essential for this role.

Preference will be given to those with experience in charge nursing.

The candidate must adhere to all compliance regulations throughout the contract.

Flexibility in scheduling is expected to meet the needs of the float pool.

Nurses will participate in the required holiday rotation as part of their commitment.
