Principal Data Scientist

A company is looking for a Principal Data Scientist to support in-house projects. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytics and machine learning solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop data-driven strategies Provide thought leadership in data science methodologies and best practices within the pharma domain Required Qualifications PhD or Master's in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or a related quantitative field 8+ years of experience in data science, with at least 3 years in the pharmaceutical / biotech industry Proven expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and big data analytics Strong programming skills in Python, R, and SQL; experience with cloud platforms preferred Experience with clinical trial data and / or real-world evidence data
