Key Responsibilities

Organize, prepare, and regularly update all course materials while utilizing appropriate technology

Set clear expectations for the course, ensuring consistency and fairness in grading and providing timely feedback

Required Qualifications

A doctorate degree in International Business or a related subject, with 15 graduate credit hours in the subject being taught

Credentials must be from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education

Subject matter expertise and outstanding communication skills are essential

Ability to work collaboratively and facilitate diverse groups

Excellent motivational and instructional skills in a diverse and non-traditional environment
