AVP, US Regional Respiratory Marketing

The AVP, US Regional Respiratory Marketing will report to the Vice President & leader of the Respiratory Business Unit will lead an organization of ~15 employees.
Primary Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning : Develop and execute the strategic plan for the Respiratory Business, aligning with the overall objectives of the Human Health US Division, to drive business growth and maximize market potential.
Business Development : Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the Respiratory portfolio and ensure a competitive advantage.
Product Commercialization : Oversee the successful launch and commercialization of respiratory products, including market research, pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies.
Financial Management : Responsible for achieving financial objectives, monitoring budgetary performance, and ensuring the Respiratory Business operates within allocated resources and profitability targets.
Team Leadership : Build and lead a high-performing team, providing clear direction, guidance, and coaching to drive employee engagement, professional growth, and organizational success.
Stakeholder Engagement : Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, regulatory bodies, and opinion leaders, to enhance the company's reputation and market presence.
Market Analysis : Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging developments in respiratory research to identify opportunities and risks, and ensure a proactive approach to business strategy.
Compliance and Regulatory : Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in the development, manufacturing, and commercialization of respiratory products.
Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, such as R&D, Medical Affairs, Sales, Marketing, and Market Access, to align strategies, optimize resource utilization, and drive integrated business initiatives.
Performance Monitoring : Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the performance, market penetration, and financial success of the Respiratory Business, and take corrective actions as needed.

Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, Monday - Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence.
The salary range for this role is $276,600.00 - $435,400.00. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
