A company is looking for a Mortgage Closer (Remote WA, CA, OR, ID).

Key Responsibilities

Validate loan fees and data to issue accurate Closing Disclosures

Prepare and review closing document packages for accuracy and compliance

Audit closing documents and ensure timely funding of loans

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / G.E.D. (Required)

2 or more years of experience in mortgage closing or funding

Experience with FHA and VA loans (Required)

Knowledge of TRID regulations and mortgage loan closing procedures

Proficient in MS Office and able to learn new software applications
