Old Navy is seeking a sales associate to engage and connect with customers by providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be an expert in product and use this expertise to educate, inform, inspire, and outfit the customer.
Responsibilities include :
- Consistently treating all customers and employees with respect and contributing to a positive work environment
- Promoting loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs
- Seeking out and engaging with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling
- Enhancing customer experience using all omnichannel offerings
- Being accountable to personal goals which contribute to overall store goals and results
- Supporting sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house, as required
- Maintaining a neat, clean, and organized work center
- Handling all customer interactions and potential issues courteously and professionally
