Job Type : Full-Time (Monday-Thursday 7 : 45am-5pm)

We are looking for a Dental Assistant who is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with our practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to take an active role in shaping the future of a growing dental team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures

Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms

Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos

Record patient medical histories and treatment notes in the practice management software

Provide patients with post-operative instructions and ensure comfort throughout their visit

Manage sterilization protocols and maintain infection control standards

Support front office operations as needed (scheduling, confirming appointments, etc.)

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on delivering high-quality care

Qualifications

Current Florida Dental Assistant certification or ability to obtain

Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience (newer assistants with excellent attitude and initiative will be considered)

X-ray certification required

CPR certification preferred

Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional chairside manner

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment

Familiarity with digital imaging, Trios scanner and dental software is a plus

Administrative cross training a huge plus!
