Sr. Director - Digital Engineering - Industrial Solutions

As a Sr. Director, you will oversee the strategic direction, operations, and performance of the A&D, Automotive, Manufacturing, and O&G industry segments within Capgemini Invent. This role is critical in driving growth, profitability, and innovation within these segments.

Role Expectations :

• Experience in setting up large transformation programs within Product Engineering
• Experience in leading and delivering large Engineering S / W programs
• Create and industrialize target operating model and execution model
• Experience in setting up VRO, PMO and driving governance
• Develop and drive the Engineering transformation roadmap with the client
• Strong understanding of the value driven by PLM and Manufacturing solutions
• Experience in selling and managing multiple capabilities / cross-offers
• Experience in AI approaches and engineering enablement using AI solutions
• Experience in leveraging AI / GenAI and data to enhance decision-making, automate processes, and drive operational efficiency across the organization
• Travel is required per 50-75% dependent on client need
