We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You'll assist with billing inquiries, payments, portal navigation, and general support in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails regarding billing, payments, and account access
• Provide accurate, timely, and friendly customer support
• Guide customers through portal navigation and troubleshoot login issues
• Resolve client concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Perform basic math calculations to assist with billing questions
• Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve customer inquiries
• Maintain productivity, service quality, and compliance standards
• Adhere to company policies, SOX regulations, and PCI procedures
• Take initiative on additional tasks and projects as assigned
• Be available for overtime when needed

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
