Byron Outdoor Superstore is located in Middle Georgia- minutes away from Macon, Perry, Warner Robins, Centerville, and Warner Robins Air Force Base, and only one hour south of Atlanta. We are the one-stop dealership for new and used ATV, UTV, motorcycle / scooter, boats, PWC, tractor, and side x side vehicles.We sell and service Yamaha, Triumph, Can-Am, and Suzuki.
Were seeking an energetic and organized Customer Service Representative to join our Business Development Center (BDC) and support our busy Service Department.
This is a customer-facing role where youll handle inbound calls, schedule service appointments, follow up with customers, and keep communication running smoothly between clients and our technicians.

Key Responsibilities :
Field inbound service calls for all departments, including marine, powersports, tractor, RV, and small engine serviceSchedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments in our CRM systemMake outbound follow-up calls for maintenance reminders and post-service satisfaction checksProvide customers with repair status updates and accurate time estimatesCoordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Parts staff to keep the shop workflow efficientDocument customer communication clearly and accuratelyMaintain a professional, upbeat, and customer-focused tone on every callWhat Were Looking For :
Excellent communication and customer service skillsStrong attention to detail and time managementAbility to multi-task in a busy dealership environmentPrevious experience as a Customer Service Representative, BDC Rep, Scheduler, or Call Center Associate preferredFamiliarity with automotive, powersports, marine, or equipment service a plusBasic computer proficiency and CRM experience helpfulFriendly, dependable, and motivated to help othersValid drivers license; boating experience and safe operation of boats and trailers strongly preferredPlease upload your resume.
