Were seeking a thoughtful and methodical leader to drive infrastructure and security initiatives across the US and Europe. This role is ideal for someone whos used to managing smaller, fast-paced projects and values stakeholder communication as much as delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and security projects (95% of scope), including full-stack application development components.
• Facilitate engineering teams with a forward-looking execution plan and detailed runbooks.
• Collaborate closely with IT teams using whiteboarding and hands-on planning.
• Apply agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) and manage sprints with precision.
• Drive cross-functional coordination, risk mitigation, and dependency management.
• Conduct workshops, standups, and retrospectives to maintain alignment.
• Manage internal teams and third-party vendors to meet delivery goals.
• Track financials, benefits realization, and ensure alignment with governance frameworks.
