Pricing / Proposal Estimating Manager
You will be a Pricing / Proposal Estimating Manager, leading a team that supports complex and high-visibility proposal efforts and business cases across the Precision Fires portfolio. Our team is responsible for driving business growth and excellence in proposal development. As a Pricing / Proposal Estimating Manager, you will develop and execute bid and negotiation strategies, interface with Program Executive leadership and external customers, and drive process innovations to improve proposal efficiency. You will lead a team of individual contributors, ensuring compliance with FAR and DFAR requirements. Your responsibilities will include :

Basic Qualifications :
Experience leading major program proposals (Production, Development, and Sustainment)In depth knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and Cost & Pricing Data requirementsExperience being primary Estimating interface for customer negotiations and DCAA auditsPrimary Estimating focal point for strategy and delegation review discussions with Executive LeadershipStrong cross functional collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive business outcomesExcellent communication and influencing skills, with ability to clearly articulate complex estimating and pricing concepts to stakeholders and decision-makers, and drive stakeholder buy-in and support for proposals and business strategiesDesired Skills :
Proficient in Pricing / Estimating Systems, such as ProPricer and EFS, as well as advanced Excel concepts, including Pivot Tables, VLookups, SumIfs, and other complex formulasDemonstrated leadership skills, either through formal management experience or recognized Team Lead expertise, with a proven ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving business objectivesPrior experience leading teams / individuals through system transitionsProven ability to analyze and enhance tools and processes, with a focus on driving efficiency, productivity and quality improvementsExperience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Direct Commercial Sales (DCS), and other non-standard types of proposalsSecurity Clearance Statement : This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level : Secret
