Baystate Health, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare quality and safety, and home to Baystate Wing Hospital is looking for inpatient Registered Nurses to join the team in Palmer Massachusetts in the Medical Surgical and Intermediate Care Unit!

Department Overview :

• 46-bed Medical-Surgical and Intermediate Care Unit (IMC) with modern equipment and a wide variety of patients daily.
• Fast-paced environment where nurses work across various specialties, including orthopedics, plastics, and intermediate care.
• The IMC team supports critical care by stabilizing patients for ambulance or helicopter transport.
• Nurse-patient ratios : 5 : 1 in Med-Surg and 3 : 1 in IMC.
• Well-staffed with strong support from management, supervisors, and a team of nurse educators & coordinators on every shift.
• Comprehensive orientation program with evidence-based online courses, interactive lectures, and high-fidelity simulations.
• Smaller, community-focused hospital environment where every nurse receives personalized orientation and attention.

SCHEDULE :

• Every over weekend and rotating holidays.
• Location : Baystate Wing Hospital
• On Site Parking!

AY :

• New Grad RN (0-1 year of RN Licensure) $41.00
• Experienced RN (1+ years of RN Licensure) $42.66-$65.00

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
• Education : Diploma in Nursing
