Join a dynamic team in a versatile warehouse environment where you can work in any of the four key areas : Customization, Rework, Picking / Forklift, and Floor Load and Inbound. As a warehouse worker, you will be preparing orders for shipment, operating equipment, and ensuring quality control. This role offers training opportunities and a clean, safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Stack orders on pallets per customer requests, wrap, and tag them for shipment in the Customization department.
• Inspect and manage damaged orders, working closely with on-site employees to ensure quality control in the Rework department.
• Pick and scan orders using a propane-powered sit-down forklift in the Picking / Forklift area.
• Load and unload trucks manually and prepare products for shipment, utilizing RF scan guns in the Floor Load and Inbound department.
• Perform general cleaning of the warehouse in the Sanitation department.
• Conduct facilities and occasional forklift maintenance in the Maintenance department.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in warehouse operations, including quality assurance, loading and unloading, inventory management, packing, and material handling. Experience with RF scanners and operating sit-down forklifts. Ability to follow instructions in English, with support available in Spanish and French.

Work Environment

Work in a safety-oriented, family-friendly, and diverse warehouse. The dress code allows for shorts and short-sleeve shirts, with PPE like hearing and eye protection provided on-site.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Branch, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $19.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
