Schedule Details :

$10,000 SIGN-ON Bonus Eligible with distance-based relocation available.

$2,000 SIGN-ON Bonus Eligible for PM Shifts at ASLMC.

Join our amazing Operating Room team, where your contributions help make a difference for patients every day. As Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center, Wisconsin's largest hospital, we provide innovative care across a variety of specialties.

Major Responsibilities :

Maintain a clean and safe operating room environment to ensure optimal patient care.

Utilize aseptic techniques for the preparation of materials, supplies, and equipment.

Set up the operating room for each case and ensure the safety and efficiency of all procedures.

Assist as a Second Assistant when necessary.

Manage equipment and supply issues promptly.

Transport patients, equipment, and supplies as required.

Maintain specialty carts to ensure availability of essential items.

Licensure, Registration, and Certification :

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 6 months of hiring.

Education :

Completion of an accredited program in Surgical Technology.

Experience :

No prior experience required.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

Aseptic surgical techniques knowledge.

Familiarity with operating room equipment.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer skills.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Lift up to 50 lbs., push / pull up to 30 lbs., and perform necessary movements during shifts.

Exposure to various hazards; requires use of protective gear.
