Job descriptionPre-qualified residential leads within service areas Company iPad, branded apparel + uniform, and sales materials provided Manage customer relationships from sale to installation Attend local marketing events and generate referrals Ramp Payments : $2,000 (Month 1), $500 (Month 2) Target Commission : $30,000 / year (uncapped) Average Earnings : $80,000 / year Top Performers : $100,000+ 2-week onboarding with a dedicated sales coach Field shadowing with experienced reps $150 / month mileage stipend 401(k) with employer match 3 weeks PTO, 2 weeks sick leave, 8 holidays Incentive trips for top performers and their significant other
