Ecommerce Director

A company is looking for a Director of Ecommerce.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and enhance the ecommerce experience, including site merchandising, product discovery, and conversion optimization

Develop and execute the long-term ecommerce strategy based on customer insights and competitive analysis

Lead performance tracking and data analysis to inform ecommerce decisions and improvements

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Ecommerce within a direct-to-consumer environment

Deep understanding of digital commerce, customer experience, and site operations

Familiarity with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Looker

Proven experience collaborating with Marketing and Product / Engineering teams

Strong strategic thinking and financial acumen
