Compensation :

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience, typically ranging from $65,000 to $80,000+. We reward excellence — top performers and experienced professionals can expect compensation at the higher end of this range.

Responsibilities :

In this role at Fasig Brooks, you will manage prelitigation cases through medical management and negotiation of settlement. You'll be responsible for ensuring the client has everything they need in their journey to Come Back Stronger after injury or loss.

You'll be the clients' point of contact to support them in their recovery and ensure they have everything they need as they move through the stages of their case. You'll provide white glove service and ensure that no detail is missed as cases progress. You will ensure each case is strong, clean, and positioned for maximum value and momentum.

With accuracy, efficiency, and compassion, you’ll coordinate the legal support team in opening cases, ordering records, and executing demands. You'll partner with your attorney in negotiating settlements facilitate the transfer of the case into litigation when necessary.   • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries.
  • Provide regular case updates and explain legal processes in a clear, compassionate manner.
  • Ensure all deadlines and case milestones are met.
  • Coordinate with medical providers, insurance companies, and other third parties.
  • Track client treatments and progress to support case development.
  • Evaluate cases for opportunities to maximize full value.
  • Educate clients on case timelines, expectations, and next steps.
  • Ensure clients feel heard, valued, and informed throughout their case.
  • Provide reassurance and guidance during stressful situations.
  • Maintain accurate case records in Filevine for reporting and accountability.
  • Document all client interactions to ensure continuity of service.

Qualifications :

Qualifications & Skills :

  • REQUIRED : 3–5 years of experience in personal injury law.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills; confident speaking with clients and teammates alike.
  • Proficiency with case management software (experience with Filevine is a plus).
  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor—able to reassure clients and inspire confidence.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable, with the ability to follow standard operating procedures and suggest improvements when needed.
  • Bilingual (especially Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
