Assistant Manager
This position oversees all aspects of running a retail / food location. Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling of coworkers, food safety, ordering, inventory control, P&Ls, cleaning, and stocking. Requirements include great people skills, ability to resolve coworker and customer concerns, enjoyment of a fast paced work environment, problem solving, mentoring, maintaining a clean and inviting store, and prior management / leadership experience.
