Blue Sky Tie Down Systems is actively seeking an Structural Designer / Drafter for our growing company. This position is a full-time position with opportunity for growth and advancement. All Structural Designers must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and will require them to have construction knowledge and AutoCad experience working with wood structures. They must be detail oriented, quick, and precise.
Requirements and nbsp; :
- Proficient with AutoCAD with 1-3 years experience.
- Experience with multi-family floor / roof truss design a plus.
- Accurate design of components for multi-family wood framed construction projects.
- Understanding and Ability to read and review construction blueprints.
- Communicate with Customers regarding problems or concerns with designs.
- Draft and / or Review designs specific to Blue Sky Tie Down Systems.
- Communicate with all departments to ensure accuracy and completion within the allotted time frame.
- Excellent Attitude and Attendance.
- PC skills as well as comfortable grasp of Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
