CFS has partnered with a local Professional Services firm to identify a Tax Manager / Director. This is a full time opportunity with a hybrid work schedule near Acton, MA

Salary $125,000 - $150,000

Tax Manager / Director Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee all aspects of tax operations
• Review and sign off on complex returns for high net worth individuals, trusts, corporations, and partnerships
• Serve as a hands-on "player-coach" for the tax team
• Implement process improvements and ensure timely filings
• Provide strategic tax planning and guidance to clients
• Collaborate with firm leadership on long-term expansion goals
