- Monday - Friday schedule with 4-day work week option
- Serve adult patients aged 18+ at a leading FQHC
- Comprehensive services including lab, behavioral health, and dermatology
- Strong mid-level support with no residents to supervise
- Spanish language skills a plus
- Board-certified internal medicine or family medicine required
- Three positions available across multiple locations
- One late evening shift required per week
