Mechanical Designer

with Sheet Metal experienceÂ

Pay Range :

$25 – 30 / hr, dependent on experience

Summary :

In this role you will utilize Solidworks to provide support for all departments by preparing routine layouts, detail drawings, assembly drawings, sketches and diagrams of sheet metal equipment.

Draft detailed multi-view drawings of manufactured products.

Communicate with sales and manufacturing regarding new and revised prints.

Requirements :

1-5 years’ of Solidworks experience

1-5 Years’ experience in sheet metal manufacturing environment

Ability to read and understand Architectural drawings

Has a solid understanding of drafting techniques and familiarity with design terminology

Possesses mechanical aptitude with ability to complete basic mathematical calculations
