A company is looking for a Senior Technical Sourcer, Machine Learning (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the internal ML talent market expert by mapping top research institutions and providing competitive insights

Design search strategies to identify candidates with intellectual rigor and first-principles problem-solving skills

Lead technical screening and act as a credible ambassador for the ML team, translating complex challenges into compelling narratives

Required Qualifications

4+ years of dedicated technical sourcing experience, with at least 2 years focused on Machine Learning, AI, or Deep Learning

Technical acumen to discuss high-level ML concepts and relevant programming stacks (e.g., Python, PyTorch / TensorFlow)

Proven expertise in leveraging advanced search techniques and specialized tools to map niche talent pools

Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a track record of influencing senior technical leadership

A highly analytical approach to sourcing, prioritizing quality and rigor in all tasks
