Case Clerk

Case Clerk – Tallahassee, FL (Onsite | $45K–$48K)

We're seeking an experienced Case Clerk to join a busy and collaborative legal team in Tallahassee, FL (32301). This is a full-time, onsite position offering the opportunity to work closely with attorneys and staff in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily e-service and e-filing for state court cases

Handle intake of emails and invoices (50–60 per day) and upload documents to firm portals

Coordinate and schedule hearings, depositions, mediations, and court deadlines

Assist with drafting legal documents for attorney review (motions, discovery requests, proposed orders, etc.)

Maintain and organize case files and docketing requests

Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff

Answer and direct calls in a professional manner

Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum 1+ year of law firm experience (litigation preferred)

Prior experience with case management and scheduling (hearings, depos, mediations, etc.)

Strong knowledge of court filing and scheduling procedures

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Detail-oriented, efficient, and dependable

Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required

Familiarity with FileSite or similar document management systems is a plus

Work Environment & Schedule

Onsite only (this position is not remote or hybrid)

Monday–Friday, standard business hours

Collaborative, team-oriented environment

Compensation & Benefits

Salary : $45,000–$48,000 annually (based on experience)
