Wealth Banking Services (WBS), a division within U.S. Bank Wealth Management, is dedicated to delivering private banking solutions exclusively through third-party financial intermediariessuch as Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and Broker-Dealersto the end clients of partner custodians. The core offering centers on securities-based lending, complemented by a comprehensive suite of customized private banking products. The WBS Relationship Manager plays a key role in supporting strategic wholesale partnerships by cultivating, managing, and expanding relationships with RIAs and Broker-Dealer firms, their advisors, and their clients.
WBS was established to serve as a specialized wholesale channel for private banking products and services within U.S. Bank Wealth Management. Its primary focus is on securities-based lending, supported by a full array of tailored private banking solutions. The WBS Relationship Manager is responsible for driving engagement and deepening relationships with third-party RIAs and Broker-Dealer firms. This includes developing new partnerships, strengthening existing ones, and ensuring high levels of advisor and client satisfaction. The Relationship Manager collaborates closely with Private Banking Product Specialists to provide expert guidance on the securities-based lending program and the broader suite of private banking offerings.
This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. You will be subject to the required registration process, which includes a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet or maintain any of the NMLS registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record, may result in a rescission of your offer or termination of employment.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range : $126,820.00 - $149,200.00
