Location : Needham, MA (On-Site, Monday–Friday, 40 hrs / week)

Overview

Boston Children’s Hospital is expanding its Department of Pediatric Occupational Therapy to a new Needham location. We’re seeking an Occupational Therapist with a focus on upper extremity and hand therapy to join a collaborative, growth-oriented clinical team.

You’ll work with children and young adults (birth–age 27) recovering from traumatic injuries, congenital conditions, neurological deficits, and reconstructive surgeries . This is a hands-on, team-based environment that values clinical reasoning, development, and innovation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy (Master’s preferred)

MA Occupational Therapy license required

1+ year experience in upper extremity or hand therapy preferred

Pediatric or hospital-based therapy experience strongly preferred

Strong critical thinking and clinical reasoning skills
